About Mastering the Squat
You will never squat alone in my gym. My team and I provide hands-on spotting for every heavy set, so you can push your limits safely without fear. We focus on depth, bar path, and bracing, correcting your form on the spot because proper technique is the only way to build real, lasting power.
The squat is where your discipline is tested. It is not just about moving a barbell, it is about how you handle the weight on your back and in your life.
Why Technique Comes First
In powerlifting, a squat is only a squat if you hit the right depth. We don't do half-reps to inflate your ego. Whether you are prepping for a competition or just starting out, we work on your walkout, your bracing, and your bar path until the movement is automatic. You will learn to control the weight, not the other way around.
The Beast Family Environment
I train at Ultimate Gym in Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar, and this is where we build our strength. It is not a commercial gym for people looking to pose in the mirror. It is a place for the Beast Family. We spot each other, we cheer for every new Personal Best, and we push each other when the weight gets heavy.
My Approach to Programming
- Safety: We use competition-style racks and calibrated iron plates. My team provides dedicated spotting so you can attempt your PRs without hesitation.
- Programming: We use percentage-based cycles. This means you do not just 'lift heavy' every day. You lift smart. We calculate your loads to ensure you recover and grow, preventing injuries before they happen.
- Mindset: Dara swapna ku maridie (Fear kills dreams). If you are afraid to get under the bar, we will train your mind until you are ready.
If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building real strength, come train with us.
