The Beast Family: Bhubaneswar's Hub for Raw Strength
This is not a gym for posing. It is a family of lifters who value heavy iron and iron discipline over everything else. If you are here to build real power, you have found your pack.
A memorable Teacher's Day celebration with my students. Their love and respect mean everything to me. This is my family.
A moment of fun and camaraderie with my students. We train hard, but we also know how to celebrate our strength together.
A picture with my god who made me, and my strong opponent. This is what powerlifting is about: respect, strength, and brotherhood.
My strength, my pillar. This is my student and younger brother, Nikhil. We started this journey together, and I am proud of the lifter he has become.
Don't mess with us. A casual flex with the boys after a hard training session. This is the confidence that comes from being part of a strong team.
Another shot of the crew. The bond we share in the gym is forged in sweat and heavy iron.
A selfie with the team on Teacher's Day. The smiles on their faces are my biggest reward.
About this collection
We don't do 'show muscle' here. In our sessions at Ultimate Gym, you will often find us training barefoot for deadlifts to get a better connection with the floor. Whether you are training with me in person or following my remote SBD (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) programs, we track your lifts by percentage—no guessing games, just progressive overload that forces growth.
Being part of The Beast Family means you stop making excuses. I am a powerlifter first, and I do not have time for 'faltu' (useless) routines. My programming is designed for people who want to be strong, not just look fit in a t-shirt.
Why We Train This Way
Powerlifting is not about looking good; it is about moving weight with perfect form. My method focuses on the big three movements:
- Squats: Mastering the walkout and depth.
- Bench Press: Building raw upper body power.
- Deadlifts: Developing the ultimate test of strength.
We keep it simple because simple works. No complex, expensive supplement stacks. We focus on real food like eggs and chicken, and real grit in the gym. My students range from beginners to national-level competitors, but we all share the same mindset: mind over heart.
The Community
Sher kutto se dosti nehi karte (Lions don't befriend dogs). When you train with us, you are surrounded by people who will actually spot you during a heavy PR attempt rather than standing around. We celebrate every victory because we know the sweat it took to get there. If you want a coach who yells when you need to push and spots you when you are under the bar, this is the place.
Sanjay Nayak
I am Sanjay, a powerlifter who believes in iron and mindset over anything else. I don't care how you look; I care how much you can move and how tough your head is. If you have the fire to push your limits, join me and the rest of the beasts.
