For those looking to deepen their practice, these sessions focus on safely progressing into challenging poses. We break down complex movements like headstands, arm balances, and deep backbends, building the necessary strength, alignment, and confidence.
Yoga for Functional Strength
My practice extends beyond the mat into the gym. I believe in combining yoga with strength training to build functional, real-world strength that supports longevity and an active life. This section shows how I integrate these two disciplines for a truly holistic approach to fitness.
Therapeutic & Restorative Yoga
My classes are for every body. I offer therapeutic sessions focused on addressing specific issues like back pain, stiff joints, and the effects of a sedentary lifestyle. Using props like blocks, belts, and chairs, we make yoga accessible and focus on healing, recovery, and gentle movement.
Workshops & Community Events
Yoga is about connection, and I love bringing people together through special events. From advanced asana workshops and beginner-focused series to speaking at corporate wellness events and hosting fun "Pawga" (yoga with puppies) sessions for a good cause, this is where our community comes to life.
