Think less gym, more party. From high-energy Bollywood tracks to intense HIIT sessions, here is a look at how we turn fitness into a fun, daily habit at SAF Studio.

Welcome to the party! My classes are all about high energy, great music, and a club-like vibe that makes you forget you're working out. This is a glimpse into our Zumba and Bollywood fitness sessions where we turn up the lights and the music.

This is what a typical full-energy class looks like. A room full of people moving, sweating, and smiling together. I lead every session, ensuring everyone can follow along and get a great cardio workout.

We also dive into learning specific choreographies. This is a snippet from one of our dance cover sessions where we break down and perfect routines to trending songs. It's a great way to build dance skills and confidence.

Our community is everything. This is from our annual Dandiya Night, one of the many events we host to celebrate together. We're more than a class; we're a fitness family.

A strong dancer needs a strong foundation. I supplement my dance training with dedicated strength and conditioning workouts, including leg days like this, to ensure I have the power and endurance to lead every class with full energy.

It's not just for adults! I love sharing the joy of movement with the next generation. This is a group shot from one of my fun and energetic dance workshops for kids and teens.
