Our live stations are usually the busiest part of the party for a reason. We prepare everything from steaming dimsums to fresh sushi rolls right in front of your guests, ensuring the textures and temperatures are perfect. We believe a global menu should feel cohesive, not just a random assortment of dishes. That is why we treat our Pan-Asian and Continental offerings with the same rigour we apply to our North Indian classics. Whether it is a live wok station churning out noodles or a wood-fired pizza setup, we focus on the details that matter.

Our presentation is part of the package. We use hammered copper and brass serving ware to make sure the food looks as good as it tastes. For those looking to impress, our sushi and dimsum bars add a visual layer of theatre to your event. We also handle exotic fruit counters and molecular mixology stations if you want to take the luxury factor up a notch.
