When you look at our setups, you will notice we focus heavily on the presentation. It is not just about placing chafing dishes on a table, but about using elements like hammered brass bowls, warm lighting, and organized station layouts to match the mood of your celebration. We treat the visual aspect of catering as part of the service, ensuring the buffet looks as inviting as the food tastes.
For us at Salt and Pepper, catering is a craft we have refined over decades. Since 1984, our priority has been consistent: a blend of high-quality ingredients and a presentation that gets guests talking. Whether it is an intimate house party or a grand wedding in Delhi NCR, we aim for that moment when a guest turns to the host and says, 'khana bahut swaad hai.'
What Goes Into Our Setups
- Themed Presentation: We move away from generic setups. Depending on the event, we use copper, brass, or designer linen to ensure the buffet table fits your decor.
- Live Culinary Action: The energy of a party often lives at the food stations. We bring chefs to you for live Tawa stations, chaat counters, and dimsum bars. Watching a dish being prepared fresh changes the guest experience entirely.
- Attention to Detail: From the way the fruit counter is stacked to how our staff is uniformed, we manage the logistics so you do not have to. We ensure the service flow is smooth, even for larger gatherings of 200+ guests.
Our menus are designed to be eclectic, mixing North Indian comfort food with Pan-Asian and Global options. If you have specific dietary requirements, like a completely vegan menu, we can structure that without compromising on the variety or flavour profile.
