When we set up a dessert station, we focus on making it interactive. You will not just see a buffet table; you will see live preparation like hot Jalebi or flame-seared sweets that naturally draw guests in. We use distinctive props like tiered crystal stands and specific lighting to ensure the station looks just as inviting as the food tastes.
Our dessert menu balances childhood nostalgia with modern luxury. Since 1984, we have learned that while guests might forget the starters, they rarely forget the last thing they ate at your party.
Indian Classics We take pride in our traditional sweets. Whether it is fresh Moong Dal Halwa or piping hot Gulab Jamun, we prepare these using authentic techniques that remind guests of home. We often serve these alongside vanilla ice cream for that perfect temperature contrast.
Modern & Global Treats For a more contemporary feel, we offer a selection of international desserts. Think Tiramisu, rich cheesecakes, and colorful macarons displayed on our designer dessert bays. These items are perfect for corporate events or cocktail nights where you want a lighter, stylish finish.
Theatrical Service We believe food is entertainment. Our live dessert counters often feature dry ice effects and made-to-order treats. We have seen firsthand how a live station becomes the focal point of a room, keeping the energy high long after dinner is served. We also maintain a stunning fruit display with seasonal and exotic fruits like dragon fruit and berries, presented on elevated brass or copper stands to match the event's overall theme.
