When you book us, you aren't just getting a caterer, you are getting a dedicated shadow host. This means while I am managing the kitchen and the floor staff, one of my team members is assigned specifically to you and your immediate family. Their only job is to ensure your glass is full, your plate is ready, and you do not have to worry about a single operational detail while you are busy being the host.
