Strength, Core & Toning: Dance Your Way to Fitness in Bangalore
It is more than just cardio. I blend high-energy dance with focused strength segments to build muscle and tone, keeping it fun and powerful.
Friday mood means a hardcore test. Here I am working on my core strength with hanging leg raises, a challenging but very effective exercise.
A core challenge for the day. This exercise requires a lot of stability and strength, and I'm always pushing myself to get better.
Let's get stronger and train stronger. Here my class is using light dumbbells for a toning segment to build muscle and increase workout intensity.
A hardcore exercise session focusing on the core. We are doing plank variations to build strength and stability.
A mobility test for the squad. Adding exercises like deep squats and boat pose into our routine helps strengthen the core and improve body flexibility.

We encountered some challenges during this core segment, but we pushed through. This exercise is tougher than it looks but great for the lower abs.

I don’t just stick to cardio. In these sessions, we spend about 15 minutes of every class targeting specific muscle groups using light weights or bodyweight moves like planks, squats, and lunges. It is how we ensure you are building real muscle endurance and definition, so you walk out of the studio feeling strong, not just tired.
When you join my 'Squad' for a Strength, Core & Toning session, you are getting the best of two worlds. We start with the high-energy dance cardio that you love, but we do not stop there. I intentionally weave in resistance training and functional core movements to make sure you are building real muscle, not just burning calories. It is about feeling empowered in your own skin.
Whether you catch me at Nancy Yoga Studio in Belathur, Urban Fitness in Hoskote, or Clout Fit in Kodigehalli, the format stays consistent. We do not need heavy gym equipment. We use your body weight, light dumbbells, and focus on correct form to protect your joints while pushing your limits.
I see many of you worried about whether you need to be a fitness pro to keep up. The answer is a big no. Modifications are a part of the game here. If you are struggling with a plank or a squat, I am right there to show you how to adjust the movement so you get the burn without the strain. We cheer each other on, sweat it out, and celebrate the fact that we showed up. That is the magic of the Squad.
