The secret to my live stations is the theater of it. Take my 'Aloo Anmol'—I don't just serve tandoori baby potatoes; I torch them right in front of your guests for that smoky, charred finish. It changes the atmosphere of a room instantly. If you are looking for that specific interactive touch, we can add a chef-manned counter to your party regardless of the scale.
My approach to appetizers is simple: they should look good, taste better, and disappear before you know it. Whether I am preparing 'Tikka Ke Tohfe' for a ghazal night or delicate Poached Lobster Tail for a sit-down dinner, I focus on the balance between tradition and modern flair.
Fusion Flavours
I love playing with expectations. You will find Dal Pakwan mixed with Burrata, or Mutton Galouti served in delicate phyllo pastry. It is about taking the tastes we grew up with and presenting them in a fresh, easy-to-eat format that suits a stand-up social setting.
How I Serve
Depending on your party, I can manage the flow in different ways:
- Drop-off Boxes: Perfect for intimate gatherings. Everything comes prepared, and I include simple assembly instructions so you look like a pro.
- Full-Service Styling: My team handles the visual setup, using marble platters, wooden boards, and fresh flowers to match your event's theme. We handle the display, so you can focus on your guests.
I cater across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Because I work out of my studio in Khar West, I keep a close watch on every batch. I recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance for weekend events, as my calendar fills up quickly.
