Master Explosive Kabaddi Raiding Techniques
Raiding is not just speed; it is about precision. At Sadbhavna Kabaddi Academy, we train you to break through the toughest defenses with the right moves.
This is how we train our raiders to be unstoppable. Watch a perfect combination of a Jump to evade the first line of defense followed by a swift Dubki to secure the point.
About Explosive Raiding Techniques
Raiding effectively requires more than raw aggression; it is about timing moves like the Dubki or Lion Jump perfectly. In our sessions, we break down your footwork frame by frame because a half-second hesitation is the difference between a point and an empty raid.
Raiding is the heart of kabaddi. Whether you are aiming for district level or just starting, your success depends on how you handle pressure. In our academy at Vasundhara Enclave, we do not just teach moves; we build the muscle memory required for consistent performance.
We focus on three main pillars of raider training:
- The Lion Jump: Perfecting your aerial balance to clear defensive chains.
- The Dubki: Learning to duck under defensive blocks at the last second without losing momentum.
- Turning: Using the lobby space effectively to escape when cornered.
We train on both mat and mud. Mud provides resistance training which builds your stamina for longer, harder games. Mats help you practice speed on a standard surface to replicate tournament conditions. We use scrimmage matches with referees to simulate real game pressure. If you are serious about your game and ready for 6-day-a-week training, come join us.
