For those starting out, my mud court sessions in Vasundhara Enclave are where the foundation is built. It is about endurance running, bodyweight drills, and learning how to handle the resistance of traditional soil. It is gritty, but it is necessary for building the stamina required for a long-distance raid or a sustained defense.

As you progress to professional mat training, the focus shifts to technical precision. Here, we cover advanced raiding moves like the Lion Jump and Dubki, alongside defensive maneuvers such as the Double Thigh Hold. I also include video analysis of your practice sessions because understanding your mistakes is just as important as perfecting your technique.
