About Featured
Our facility is a no-frills, non-AC basement studio in Sangam Vihar, strictly focused on your progress. You get EVA mats for safe sparring and a serious, disciplined environment designed for those who want to move from white belt to national championships, not just someone looking for a casual workout.
At TaeCross, we believe fitness is the by-product of hard work, not the goal. Whether you are a beginner or looking to compete, we have two distinct paths based on your commitment level.
Our Training Programs
- Foundation (3 Days/Week): Ideal for beginners or fitness enthusiasts. We focus on agility ladder drills, linear kicks, and fundamental stances. It is the best way to build core strength without overtraining.
- Competitive Athlete (6 Days/Week): This is for those serious about sparring. We push intensity with high-repetition kick combinations, full-contact drills, and fight strategy. If you want to compete at the district or state level, this is where you start.
What You Need to Know
- The Environment: We train in a basement with wall fans. It gets hot, you will sweat, and that is part of the process. We prioritize mat quality and space over expensive amenities.
- The Commitment: Belt progression is formal and tested. You will need to purchase your own safety gear like mouth guards and groin guards if you spar, as we only provide shared chest guards and paddles.
- Kids and Adults: We teach kids from age 3 upwards, focusing on coordination and respect. For adults, it is about self-defense and refining technique.
