The Process
- Assessment: We start by looking at your current fitness level, not where you want to be in a year.
- Form Correction: Many injuries happen because people lift heavy with bad posture. I am there to spot you, correct your form, and ensure you are safe.
- Progressive Overload: Whether you are working with dumbbells or cable machines, we increase the intensity over time to force muscle adaptation.
- Diet & Lifestyle: You cannot out-train a bad diet. I provide nutrition guidance focusing on home-cooked meals, not expensive supplements. We also talk about sleep and stress, because your body grows when you rest, not just when you are in the gym.
Why 3 Months?
Real body recomposition takes time. When a client joins for a 3-month program, they are committing to 36 sessions. This gives us enough time to fix metabolic issues, build functional strength, and create lasting habits. If you are looking for a quick fix that vanishes in a week, my gym is not the place for you.
