We work hard, but we laugh harder. Fitness at RR Iron Fitness isn't about punishment. It is a journey, and yes, sometimes it feels more like a comedy club than a gym.

Some clients want to lose belly fat in one week for a wedding. I have to break it to them that I'm a trainer, not a magician! The only thing that disappears in a week is their motivation if they don't show up.

When I say "plate," I mean a weight plate for the barbell. But for some, all they can think about is a dinner plate! *Workout maadi andre bari tinnode yochane!*

The daily drama at the gym. One client is motivated and making promises, while the other is the de-motivator. It’s a constant battle, but we always end up laughing.

When I say "fitness party," some people hear "party" and start planning the snacks. Here, we party with aerobics and workouts, not chips and dip!

The classic trick of counting reps faster when the trainer isn't looking. But I've got eyes in the back of my head. You can't fool me!

Day 1 versus Day 2. The initial enthusiasm is always high, but the real test is showing up when the soreness kicks in. This is a struggle every client knows well.

My client is physically here doing his side exercises, but mentally, he's thinking about the main course. I had to remind him this is a workout, not a buffet.

Some people come to the gym to work out, others come to show off and chat. I'm always watching, ready to put them back to work.

You can always spot the expert in every gym who thinks they know better than the trainer. We see it all the time, and it always gives us a good laugh.

Sometimes, the best way to motivate a client is to take a selfie. Suddenly, the energy to finish the set appears out of nowhere!
