About Our Process: From Idea to Reality
My team and I do not just rent out decor from a catalog. We spend hours in our workshop in Yelahanka weaving fresh coconut fronds for traditional Chapra structures or hand-placing thousands of flower petals to form specific motifs like cows and lotuses. When you hire us, you are seeing work that is physically built for your event, which allows us to customize every single detail to match your theme.
How We Build Your Dream
I believe the magic is in the making. Since we handle the fabrication ourselves, we are not limited by what is sitting in a warehouse. If you show me a Pinterest image or describe a specific aesthetic, I will find a way to build it.
Traditional Craftsmanship For our traditional Kannada events, my team specializes in 'Chapra' work. This is an art form that requires patience. We weave coconut leaves by hand and arrange them with fresh tuberose and jasmine garlands to create that authentic, sacred feel that mass-produced plastic backdrops just cannot replicate.
Custom Fabrication For modern weddings and receptions, we move to the workshop. We design custom-fabricated stages, geometric arches, and acrylic signage. Because we build these structures, we can adjust dimensions to fit your venue perfectly. Whether it is a 30-foot floral wall or a small birthday stage, we ensure the structural integrity and the finish are top-notch.
The Process
- Concept: We start with your idea. You tell me what you want, and we discuss what is possible within your budget.
- Preparation: My team prepares the base materials. We clean the brass, paint the backdrops, and weave the traditional motifs days before the event.
- Execution: On the day of your event, we arrive early to assemble the pieces. We do not just place items; we layer the flowers and adjust the lighting until the stage looks just right.
This hands-on approach means we can fix things on the fly. If the lighting is not hitting the backdrop correctly, we adjust it. If the flowers need a quick refresh, we handle it. It is all about ensuring that when you walk into your venue, you see your vision brought to life without any compromises.
