Office Opening & Entrance Decor
Entrance Setup
- Welcome Archway: 8ft x 10ft arch using either corporate colored balloons or traditional Marigold flower strings with mango leaves.
- Red Carpet: 15 ft runner leading to the main door to define the entry path.
- Signage Stand: Wooden easel provided for displaying the client's welcome board.
Ceremonial Kit
- Ribbon Cutting: Includes satin ribbon, golden tray, fresh rose petals, and ceremonial scissors.
- SFX: 2 handheld confetti cannons popped at the moment of inauguration.
Lighting & Logistics
- Illumination: 2 LED Par cans placed at the base of the arch for visibility.
- Service: Includes transportation, setup 2 hours prior to event, and dismantle.

Namaskara! I’m Vinay, but Vicky for many. Born and raised in Bengaluru - celebrations are in my blood. The colours, the flowers, all the happy faces, it’s what I live for.
