I set up and decorate for baby showers, naming ceremonies, and first birthdays with both traditional and custom themes, and I handle all details on-site myself.

Modern Themed Birthday Setup
Stage & Backdrop Setup
- Dimensions: Standard 8ft x 8ft or 10ft x 8ft backdrop setup.
- Backdrop Type: Choice of printed flex with theme graphics (Jungle Safari, Space, Unicorn) OR pastel curtain drapes with fairy lights.
- Themed Cutouts: 3 to 4 large (3ft to 4ft) high-definition Sunboard cutouts of characters.
- Signage: Neon 'Happy Birthday' sign or customized acrylic name board.
Balloon Décor
- Style: Organic 'L' shaped or semi-arch garland running across the backdrop.
- Quantity: Approx. 300 to 400 latex balloons.
- Finish: Mix of Metallic, Pastel, or Chrome balloons based on the theme.
Cake Area & Props
- Furniture: Set of 3 cylindrical plinths (metal/acrylic) or a dedicated cake table.
- Highlight: 'ONE' marquee table or lighted marquee numbers (2ft height).
- Flooring: 10ft x 10ft Artificial Green Grass mat or Red Carpet.
Entrance & Essentials
- Welcome Board: Personalized sign on a wooden easel stand with balloon cluster.

Traditional Naming Ceremony & Cradle Decor
Stage & Floral Backdrop
- Structure: 10ft wide stage setup with traditional styling.
- Backdrop: Choice of natural Banana leaves pinned to board OR a wall of Marigold/Jasmine flower strings.
- Floral Arch: Semi-circle or C-shaped arrangement using Marigolds and Tuberoses.
- Motifs: Traditional Gold finish cutouts (Ganesha, Krishna, or Namakarana signage).
Cradle (Thottilu) Decoration
- Decor: Dense floral wrapping of the cradle ropes/chains with Jasmine and Rose garlands.
- Bedding: Velvet or satin bedding provided for the cradle interior.
- Note: Cradle structure is usually provided by the client/venue (service covers decoration only).
Traditional Props
- Stage Props: 2 Large Brass Lamps (Kuthu Vilakku) for the stage sides.
- Floor: Rangoli sticker or flower petal arrangement near the cradle.
- Lighting: Warm white LED fairy lights draped behind sheer curtains.
Entrance
- Welcome Board: Traditional style board with floral border on an easel.
- Door: Simple marigold toran for the main entrance.
Premium Bale Shastra & Baby Shower Decor
Premium Backdrop Design
- Construction: Full coverage 8ft x 10ft backdrop using fresh Banana leaves or Betel leaves for a lush green wall.
- Motifs: 3D-style Pink Lotus or Peacock elements attached to the greenery.
- Top Border: Thick header of strung Marigolds and Tuberoses running across the top.
Ceiling & Hanging Florals
- Overhead: 6 to 8 strands of hanging floral tassels (Mogra/Jasmine buds) suspended above the seating area.
- Lighting: Focus lights configured to highlight the green texture and motifs.
Seating & Props
- Throne: One premium Gold/Silver finish high-back chair (Maharaja/Queen style).
- Side Decor: Two traditional wooden low-stools or stands for ceremonial items.
- Floor: Brass Uruli (pot) with water and floating rose petals.
Entrance & Pathway
- Welcome Stand: Customized 'Seemantha' or 'Bale Shastra' board with floral design.

Why I Love Baby Milestone Decor
Making your baby’s big moments special is what I do best. I get a kick out of seeing families light up when they walk into the room. In namma Bengaluru (our Bangalore), every milestone matters - from that first bangle ceremony to the wild first birthday.
Baby Shower & Bale Shastra
For Shreemantha or Bale Shastra, I go all out with flower power. Marigold and jasmine everywhere, banana leaf backdrops, and a queen’s chair for the mom-to-be. I keep it classic, but if you want something different, just say the word.
Naming Ceremony Vibes
Namakarana? I can keep it pure and traditional with a custom cradle decoration, or switch things up with a Krishna or Moon & Stars theme. I’ve done both, and honestly, both look fab in photos.
First Birthday Magic
First birthdays are my jam. I’ve done Cocomelon, jungle, butterfly, mermaid - you name it. Expect big ‘ONE’ letters, balloon arches, custom backdrops, and all the fun props. I’m all about that themed first birthday setup.

Namaskara! I’m Vinay, but Vicky for many. Born and raised in Bengaluru - celebrations are in my blood. The colours, the flowers, all the happy faces, it’s what I live for. Sometimes we’re up all night, fixing flowers and lights for a Shreemantha or a wedding. When someone says 'Tumba chennagi madikottidira' (done really well), that’s my best moment.
