Marigold & Drapery Haldi Setup
The Stage & Backdrop
- Dimensions: Standard 10ft x 8ft backdrop coverage.
- Draping: High-quality satin or georgette draping in vibrant hues like Sunshine Yellow, Tangerine Orange, or Lime Green.
- Floral Work: Dense strings of fresh Orange and Yellow Marigolds (Genda) creating a floral curtain or checkered pattern. Includes a signature floral ring or geometric frame.
- Seating: A traditional wooden swing (Jhula) dressed with marigolds OR a vibrant 2-seater sofa with ethnic cushions.
Traditional Props & Flooring
- Brassware: Includes one large Brass Urli (approx. 3ft diameter) filled with water and rose petals.
- Accessories: Two tall brass lamps (Samai) placed on either side of the stage and traditional wooden low-seating stools.
- Carpets: Clean red or mustard yellow carpeting for the stage area.
Entrance & Soft Details
- Welcome Board: A customized easel stand with a Welcome board adorned with a floral bunch.
- Entrance Decor: A simple overhead drape with hanging marigold bells or tassels at the venue entrance.
- Loose Flowers: Approximately 2-3 kgs of loose marigold and rose petals provided for the flower shower.
Pastel Geometric Engagement Decor
Designer Stage Backdrop
- Structure: Custom-fabricated backdrop (approx. 16ft - 20ft width) featuring modern geometric cuts, arches, or paneling.
- Theme: Choice of pastel themes like Dusty Pink, Lilac, Mint Green, or Ivory & Gold.
- Floral Arrangement: A lush mix of premium artificial blooms and fresh seasonal flowers (Roses, Carnations, Gypsophila) arranged in organic structures.
- Signage: Custom acrylic or neon signage with the couple's hashtag or initials.
Lighting & Ambience
- Mood Lighting: LED PAR cans to wash the backdrop in theme-appropriate colors.

Traditional South Indian Mantapa
The Mantapa Structure
- Design: A 4-pillar traditional structure (approx. 10ft x 10ft internal space) featuring carved wooden or fiber pillars with gold/antique finish.
- Coconut Leaf Art (Chapra): Specialized intricate weaving of coconut fronds to create parrots, hanging motifs, and ceiling textures.
- Floral Canopy: Dense hanging garlands of Tuberose (Rajnigandha) and Jasmine (Mogra) with Rose tips.
- Banana Stems: Full-sized fresh banana trees tied to the pillars.
Stage & Ritual Elements
- Backdrop: A Temple Theme backdrop using gold-painted ply or traditional fabric drapes with a deity statue or cutout.
- Furniture: Two traditional high-back chairs for the couple and low wooden stools (Manai) for rituals.
