About Featured
Expect zero silent treadmill hours here. Our sessions are built around group energy and loud, high-tempo tracks, so whether we are flipping tyres or doing Bollywood dance fitness, you are part of the team. It is a shared space where we push each other through the final rep, not a place to hide in the back with your headphones on.
At Route to Fitnness, we ditched the typical gym setup for something that feels more like a community. If you are tired of the same repetitive movements, our functional strength and HIIT classes use unconventional gear like battle ropes and tyres to keep things fresh. We believe that if you are having fun, you are more likely to stay consistent.
Our Approach
We focus on two main pillars: movement and sisterhood.
- Movement: From dance fitness and Zumba to full-body HIIT and functional training, our routines change daily. This keeps your body guessing and prevents the plateau that comes with routine gym visits.
- Community: Our studios in Vikaspuri and Paschim Vihar are women-only. We want you to feel safe and comfortable to sweat, laugh, and push your limits without any pressure or judgement. You will find that the 'gym buddy' culture here turns into real friendships outside our doors.
Where We Are
We operate at two locations in Delhi:
- Vikaspuri (G-155): Our primary hub for group sessions.
- Paschim Vihar (Jeevan Niketan): Our newer space offering the same high-energy environment.
Whether you are looking for personal training with a diet plan or just want to join a group class to burn calories, we have a spot for you. Our trainers are there to correct your form and ensure you are safe, but the real work happens when the whole room is sweating together to the same beat.
