This is a typical daily workout session where we focus on floor exercises. We are doing a series of stretches and core movements on mats to build a strong foundation for all our dance activities.

People often ask if they need to be flexible to start. The truth is that these sessions are exactly where you build that flexibility, starting with simple mat work and guided stretches. I focus on core engagement because it is the foundation for everything, helping you move safely whether you are doing a high-energy Zumba set or just working on your daily posture.

Many of us spend hours at a desk, which leads to stiffness and back pain. My approach in these sessions is not about getting a six-pack, but about functional movement. We use floor exercises and targeted stretching to wake up those deep muscles that support your spine and improve your posture. What To Expect In My Studio
We keep the batches small—typically 10 to 18 people—so I can actually see how you are moving and correct your form if you are struggling. We work on:
- Mat-based core work: Essential for building the strength that prevents injury during more intense dance styles.
- Dynamic stretching: Moving through ranges of motion rather than just holding static poses, which keeps the blood pumping.
- Recovery moves: Helping your muscles relax after a long day or a heavy workout session.

My studio in Noida Sector 49 is a space where we value effort over perfection. It is completely okay to mess up steps or laugh at yourself. Sab chalta hai yahan (everything goes here). Whether you are a beginner who has never stepped into a studio or someone looking to improve your stamina for dance, you will find a place here.
We provide the mats and a supportive environment. Just bring your comfortable clothes and a bottle of water. Classes are available in both morning and evening slots, so you can pick what fits your routine. Come over, let us work on your fitness, and get that energy up.
