Zumba & Aerobics Party
This is where fitness feels like a party. My Zumba and Aerobics classes are designed to be a high energy, full body workout that improves stamina and tones your body. We just turn up the music and let loose.
Kids Dance & Movement
My classes for kids focus on building confidence and coordination in a fun, supportive space. We cover everything from basic Bollywood and Hip Hop steps to foundational movements that improve flexibility and strength.
Core Fitness & Flexibility
Every great dancer needs a strong foundation. These sessions focus on core strengthening, stretching, and flexibility exercises that are part of our regular classes to prevent injury and improve your overall fitness.
