About Zumba & Aerobics Party
Most people worry about getting the steps perfect, but here the only rule is that you keep moving. We use a mix of high-energy Bollywood, Zumba, and Bhangra to keep your heart rate up, and we always finish with mat-based stretching so your muscles get the recovery they need.
Fitness does not have to be boring, and it definitely should not feel like a chore. At Roots Dance Studio, I focus on building a space where you can actually enjoy the hour you spend working out. We rotate through morning and evening batches at our Sector 49, 45, and 128 locations, so you can find a slot that fits your schedule.
What you get in a session:

We offer a drop-in session if you want to test the vibe, monthly memberships with unlimited access to weekday classes, and a 3-month package if you are ready to commit to the routine. Every membership includes access to our air-conditioned facility, changing areas, and the community of supportive dancers I am proud to call my family. Just bring your water bottle, wear comfortable clothes, and show up ready to shor macha do (make some noise).
