About Bollywood & Bhangra Beats
You do not need rhythm to start here, just the energy to move. We keep the batches small, so whether you are learning your first Bhangra step or just want a good sweat, I am right there to guide you through every beat.
Here, it is perfectly fine if you mess up a step or laugh at yourself. Sab chalta hai yahan (everything goes here). My Bollywood and Bhangra fitness sessions are designed to be a full-on party where you forget you are even working out. We focus on high-energy cardio that burns calories without feeling like a boring gym routine.
What we do in class
Expect a mix that keeps things moving. We blend Bhangra for that heavy-duty cardio and leg strength, Bollywood for coordination, and Aerobics to get your heart rate going. The routines are structured, but I keep the vibe loose. If you have never danced before, you are in the right place because most of my students are total beginners who started exactly where you are.
Practical details
We run sessions in Noida across Sector 49, 45, and 128.
- What to wear: Just show up in comfortable clothes you can sweat in and good sports shoes.
- The crowd: It is a friendly, supportive group of 10 to 18 people. You will not get lost in a crowd here.
- Facilities: The studio is air-conditioned, so we keep the energy high without the heat getting to you.
