About Camp Announcements & The Benefits of Gymnastics
We run our camps weekday mornings from 9:00 to 11:30, maintaining a strict ratio of one coach for every six kids to keep things safe and focused. Your child gets a mix of technical skill work on bars and beams and high-energy agility games, meaning they are active and engaged from the moment they step onto the mat.

We focus on real movement over screen time. Whether it is a school holiday or a summer break, our programs are designed to get kids moving, flipping, and climbing in our 7500 sq. ft. facility loaded with foam pits, trampolines, and climbing ropes. We believe gymnastics is the ultimate total-body workout for kids, building critical life skills like discipline, resilience, and balance while keeping things light and fun.

- Structured Skill Work: From basic forward rolls for beginners to bridge kick-overs for intermediate levels, we follow a curriculum that ensures visible progress.
- Small Groups: We group by age and ability, so every child works on skills appropriate for them.
- Safety First: Our facility is fully matted, and our coaches are certified to teach complex moves safely.
