- Municipal Submission Drawings: Sanction drawings formatted for local authority approval (BBMP/Local corporation) including area statements and rainwater harvesting data.

About Architectural Design

Our inspiration comes from Geoffrey Bawa - so yeah, expect lots of landscape-integrated homes and designs that blur the lines between indoors and outdoors.
What We Work On
- Modern residential design: from single homes to apartments. Sometimes we go full contemporary, other times we throw in Kerala-style sloped roofs or terrace gardens if that’s your vibe.
- Commercial work: clubhouses, restaurants, hospitals - even the odd industrial project. We like mixing bold ideas with practical needs.
- Renovation and adaptive reuse: giving old homes or buildings a new identity is honestly something we really enjoy.
Our Approach
Nothing beats a hand-drawn sketch. We start old-school, then move to 3D visualizations so you can actually see what you’re getting, not just imagine it. We team up with landscape architects when needed - all to make sure the building and the site work together.
Style
We don’t stick to one look. Exposed brick, cool concrete, lots of glass or something totally different - the style depends on you and the site. Minimalist, vernacular, bold statement - it’s about finding what works, not forcing a trend.

We’re RNG Architects, a bunch of folks who still sketch out ideas by hand because, honestly, that’s where the magic kicks off. Big fans of Bawa’s vibe, mixing buildings and nature. But mostly, our clients keep us inspired – they’re the real MVPs. When the partnership clicks, we go all out, be it a green home or a wild commercial spot. Also, we’re the kind who celebrate together, rain or shine. That’s the energy we bring to every job.
