Design & Planning
- Architectural Layouts: Custom space planning focusing on flow, light optimization, and civil integration.
- Visualization: 3D renders for core areas (Living, Kitchen, Master Bed) and material selection assistance.
Civil & Finishes
- False Ceiling: Full Gypsum board ceiling design with cove provisions and maintenance trap doors.
- Flooring: Large format vitrified tiles (4x2 or 6x4) in common areas; optional engineered wooden flooring for master bedrooms.
- Wall Treatment: Premium plastic emulsion paint with full putty/primer preparation and accent walls featuring texture paint or fluted paneling.
Custom Woodwork
- Modular Kitchen: BWR Plywood carcasses with High-gloss Laminate or Acrylic shutters. Includes Quartz countertops and branded soft-close hardware (Hettich/Hafele).
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling units using commercial ply with Veneer finish (Melamine polish) or PU coating.

- Theme: Dark, matte finishes on walls and ceilings to eliminate light reflection from the screen.
Specialized Lighting
- Ambiance: Dimmable LED cove lighting and vertical profile LED strips embedded in wall panels.

Furniture & Joinery
- Seating: Sourcing and placement of 3-4 premium motorized recliners with cup holders and lumbar support.
- Media Unit: Custom low-height console designed to house amplifiers and AV equipment with proper ventilation.

- Alignment with external AV vendors to ensure correct placement of speakers (Dolby Atmos) and projector mounting points during the civil phase.

We’re RNG Architects, a bunch of folks who still sketch out ideas by hand because, honestly, that’s where the magic kicks off. Big fans of Bawa’s vibe, mixing buildings and nature. But mostly, our clients keep us inspired – they’re the real MVPs. When the partnership clicks, we go all out, be it a green home or a wild commercial spot. Also, we’re the kind who celebrate together, rain or shine. That’s the energy we bring to every job.
