Building a strong physique is never about taking shortcuts. When I broke my arm in 2019, doctors told me I might never lift again. I didn't accept that. I chose to rebuild, and that experience defines how I coach today. I don't give you 'motivational' fluff; I give you a structured path to follow.

- 1:1 Personal Training (HSR Layout, Bengaluru): We train at Cult HSR Layout. I’m there to spot you, fix your form in real-time, and make sure every rep counts. This includes dynamic nutrition adjustments and advanced rehab work if you have previous injuries.
- Online Coaching: If you aren't in Bengaluru, we work virtually. You get the same customized workout splits and weekly video form analysis to ensure your technique is safe and effective.
