Turn your plain T-shirt or fabric into a unique statement piece. I hand-paint traditional motifs and custom designs using durable, fabric-fast colors that bring your apparel to life.

A full view of a black and red tie-dye T-shirt featuring a hand-painted traditional peacock motif in gold. This is a great way to add a touch of ethnic art to your wardrobe.

A close-up of the golden peacock motif on the T-shirt. The fine lines and traditional design are carefully painted by hand to ensure a sharp and lasting finish on the fabric.

This plain grey T-shirt is transformed with golden paisley motifs painted along the side and shoulder. This custom fabric painting adds an elegant and artistic touch to everyday wear.

About this collection

When you bring me your fabric, we first decide on the motif placement—should it be a subtle shoulder accent or a bold chest piece? I use specialized fabric-fast metallic paints that bond with the fibers, so your design stays crisp even after regular washing.

I don't use stickers or digital prints for your clothes. Everything you see is free-hand, painted with a brush and careful intention. Whether you want a delicate peacock motif or flowing paisley patterns, the process starts with selecting the right pigment—usually metallic gold or pearl finishes that pop against dark or light fabrics.

Why Hand-Painted Fabric?

Channagi kaanista idiyalla (Doesn't it look good?) when you wear something that tells a story? Unlike mass-produced prints, a hand-painted design feels personal. I work on T-shirts, kurtas, and even fabric scraps you might want to upcycle into something new.

The Process & Care

  1. Consultation: We discuss the fabric type and the design. Cotton and natural blends work best for these paints.
  2. Painting: I use artist-grade fabric paints. They are meant to soak into the weave, not sit on top, which prevents cracking.
  3. Finishing: Once dried, I heat-set the design. This makes the colors permanent. You can wash these items at home—just turn them inside out and avoid scrubbing the painted area directly.

Whether it is a traditional Rajasthani motif or a modern floral splash, my goal is to give your wardrobe a piece that is truly yours. If you are in Bengaluru, feel free to drop by my Kadubeesanahalli studio to discuss your ideas.

I am Ridhima, and I believe art shouldn't just sit on a wall—it should be worn. I started painting on fabric years ago because I wanted to carry my favorite traditional motifs with me, and now I love helping you do the same.
