Art and Craft Workshops for All Skill Levels
Whether you are picking up a brush for the first time or looking to refine your technique, my studio is a space to explore. From fabric painting to upcycled murals, I guide students of all ages step-by-step.
Thinking you can't paint? Watch this reel showcasing the amazing work of my fabric painting students, many of whom started from scratch. My courses are designed to help anyone master the techniques.
A glimpse into my online fabric painting class, where I demonstrate shading and detailing on a hibiscus flower. I teach students how to blend colors smoothly on fabric to create realistic floral designs.
A collection of handmade Mother's Day cards created by the children in my drawing classes. It is wonderful to see how they express their love for their moms through their own unique art.
A beautiful birthday card made by one of my young students using paper quilling techniques. In my classes, children learn how to roll and shape paper strips to create these intricate floral designs.
This image shows the raw materials for an "art out of waste" project: an old tile and leftover MDF cuttings. This is the first step in a fun craft project I teach in my summer camps.
The next step in the wood mural project, where a student begins painting and embellishing the MDF pieces. This stage is all about letting creativity run wild with colors and decorations.
The finished wood mural on a tile, created by a student. This project teaches how to assemble waste materials into a beautiful piece of tribal-inspired wall decor, proving that you can create something amazing from waste.
About this collection
I keep my batches small so I can personally guide you through every stroke and color blend. We start with the basics, helping you master techniques like shading and relief work, regardless of whether you have previous experience or are picking up a brush for the first time.
Learning art is a journey that starts with the fundamentals. In my workshops, we do not just follow a template. We focus on understanding the medium—whether it is the consistency of acrylics or the pressure needed for fabric painting—to build your confidence. My teaching approach is hands-on and interactive, ensuring that every student gets individual attention, whether you are attending a session at my Kadubeesanahalli studio or joining online.
What We Cover
- Fabric Painting & Acrylics: Learn how to mix colors, create smooth gradients, and master the pressure required for detailed floral motifs.
- Upcycled Craft: We turn waste into decor. You will learn to use MDF scraps, old tiles, and glass bottles to create meaningful art, emphasizing sustainability.
- Traditional Folk Art: Explore the delicate strokes of Pichwai and the structured beauty of Rajasthani motifs.
For Kids and Adults
My classes are designed to be a stress-buster. For adults, this is a space to immerse yourself in creativity and forget the world for a few hours. For children, it is about building motor skills and creative expression through projects like paper quilling and card making. Channagi kaanista idiyalla? (Doesn't it look good when you do it this way?) That is the question I encourage every student to ask while they work. My goal is to ensure that by the end of our session, you have not just completed a project, but understood the 'how' and 'why' behind it.
