Standard Ring Decor Setup
Backdrop & Balloon Styling
- 6ft x 6ft circular metal ring frame or single arch frame.
- Organic semi-arch balloon garland (approx. 200 to 300 balloons).
- Choice of up to 3 theme colors (Pastel, Metallic, or Confetti mix).
- 2 to 3 thematic foil balloons (Stars, Moon, or Characters).
- Double stuffed balloons included for opaque pastel look on higher end estimates.
Props & Setup
- Standard rental Neon sign (Happy Birthday, Better Together, or Oh Baby).
- 1 to 2 Cake Pedestals/Plinths (Paper accordion or standard acrylic).
- Basic rug or fur mat for the cake cutting area (approx. 4x4 ft).
- Includes transport and setup (2 hours) within standard city limits.
Themed Decor with Custom Backdrops
Main Stage Setup
- Large 8ft x 8ft custom printed flex backdrop on wooden or truss frame (Jungle, Cars, Frozen, etc.).
- Heavy organic balloon garland bordering the backdrop (L-shape or inverted U-shape).
- 3 to 4 prominent character cutouts (sunboard/foam board, 3ft to 4ft height).
- Personalization with client name printed on backdrop or tabletop letters.
Floor & Lighting
- Set of 3 graduated cylinder plinths (color coordinated or vinyl wrapped).
- Themed floor matting (Road track, Grass, etc.) approx 8ft width.
- LED uplighting (Par cans) to illuminate the backdrop.
- Small thematic props for plinths (faux plants, themed boxes).

- Large statement 3D props (Angel Wings, Cradles, or Fiber figurines).
- High quality artificial florals mixed with fresh greens on backdrop/plinths.
Styling & Entrance
- Chrome, Metallic, and Pastel Matte balloons in complex organic arrangements.
- Premium podiums (Gold metal frames or fluted panels) with focus lighting.
- Plush Rug (White Fur or similar) or large vinyl mat.
- Customized Welcome Board on easel stand with matching balloon cluster.
