Organic semi-arch balloon garland (approx. 200 to 300 balloons).
Choice of up to 3 theme colors (Pastel, Metallic, or Confetti mix).
2 to 3 thematic foil balloons (Stars, Moon, or Characters).
Double stuffed balloons included for opaque pastel look on higher end estimates.

Props & Setup

Standard rental Neon sign (Happy Birthday, Better Together, or Oh Baby).
1 to 2 Cake Pedestals/Plinths (Paper accordion or standard acrylic).
Basic rug or fur mat for the cake cutting area (approx. 4x4 ft).
