When designing a welcome party or baby shower, the layout of your space is my first priority. For the Gadia family welcome, we chose a soft sage and blue palette to keep the mood calm, integrating teddy bear accents with a personalized backdrop. I look at your venue—whether it's a living room or a party hall—to ensure the balloon garland and props feel perfectly placed and sized to the room, rather than just filling it up.

Every baby celebration requires a different energy. For naming ceremonies, I focus on traditional elements like a decorated jhoola (cradle), fresh floral arrangements, and gold-toned structures that honor the occasion. For baby showers, the focus shifts to creating a photogenic stage, often using throne chairs and soft pastel balloons, giving the mom-to-be a comfortable and celebratory focal point.

My Approach to Your Event

• Space Adaptation: Whether you are hosting at home or in a banquet hall, I adjust the scale of my balloon arches and backdrops to suit the available area. If the ceiling height is low or the room layout is tricky, I modify the design to ensure it still looks balanced.
• Personalized Details: I use custom-printed backdrops, name cutouts, and color-coordinated props to make sure the decor reflects your baby’s name or the specific theme you've chosen.
• Start-to-Finish Setup: My process is about reducing your stress. I handle the transportation, assembly, and final styling, so the space is ready well before your first guest walks through the door.
