Classic Circular Ring Decor
Core Structure & Signage
- 6ft x 6ft metal circular ring stand (rental).
- Standard LED Neon sign (e.g., Happy Birthday, Oh Baby, Bride to Be) or cardstock bunting.
- Backdrop is open-frame or flex printed depending on selection.
Balloon Arrangement
- Organic demi-arch covering 60-70% of the ring circumference.
- Approx. 250-300 air-filled balloons.
- Material mix: Pastel, Metallic (Chrome), and standard latex with 2-3 oversized balloons.
- Includes artificial floral vines or paper butterfly accents.
Props & Logistics
- 1 standard cylinder plinth or wire-frame stand for cake.
- 1 LED focus light for illumination.
- Includes transport within primary service zones, setup, and next-day teardown.
Themed Backdrop & Prop Setup
