Welcome Home Balloon & Floral Setup
Entrance Setup
- Door Decor: Tulle/Net fabric bow on main door handle with "It's a Boy/Girl" roundel or bunting.
- Pathway: Fresh rose petal or marigold sprinkling at the threshold.
- Signage: Easel stand with A3 foam board customized with the baby's name.
Living Room Decor
- Ceiling Balloons: 30-50 latex balloons (air-filled with tape or helium options) with ribbons in Pastel Blue, Pink, or Sage Green.
- Balloon Pillars: 2 standard columns (3-4 ft height) topped with a foil star or "Baby" motif.
- Wall Accents: Paper buntings draped across the TV unit or main wall.
Logistics
- Includes setup and breakdown time.
- Transport within city limits included.
Themed Event Backdrop & Stage Decor
Backdrop Configuration
- Structure: Choice of 8x8 ft printed flex backdrop (Themes: Starry Night, Jungle, etc.) OR a 3-panel Arch Set with fabric/paint finish.
- Balloon Garland: L-shaped or semi-arch organic arrangement using 400-500 pastel, chrome, and metallic balloons.
- Key Props: Theme-specific additions like Angel Wings, 2D Sunboard Cutouts (Teddy Bears, etc.), or Shimmer Wall panels.
Cake Display & Stage
- Plinths: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals for cake and dessert presentation.
- Signage: LED Neon "Oh Baby" or "Happy Birthday" mounted on the backdrop.
- Florals & Flooring: Artificial floral bunches (Pampas/Roses) and a 6x4 ft faux-fur rug or carpet for the cake area.
Lighting
- Illumination: 2-4 LED par cans (uplights) for backdrop highlighting.

Cradle Centerpiece
- Furniture Rental: Traditional wooden cradle (Thottil/Jhoola) provided for the event duration.
- Fresh Florals: Dense fresh flower decoration on cradle ropes and borders (Roses, Jasmine, or Tuberoses).
- Comfort: Velvet or silk cushioning provided inside the cradle.
Stage Decor
- Backdrop: 10ft wide curtain draping (Cream/White/Blue) with strings of fairy lights.
- Floral Border: Running valance of fresh flowers (approx. 6-8 running feet) along the top backdrop frame.
- Cutouts: 2D Foam board motifs (Baby Krishna, Peacocks, or Lotus) flanking the stage.
Accessories
- Lamps: 2 decorative standing lamps (Electric/Kuthu Vilakku style) for the stage.
- Stage Flooring: Red or beige carpet to define the ceremonial area.

We use fresh flowers, balloons, personalized props, shimmer walls, light-up letters, and more. If you want a small home setup or a big hall transformation, we can scale it up or down. Sometimes, the space is tight, but we make it work, even if it means squeezing a balloon arch behind a sofa!
