You will notice our coaches are always right there, watching your form and providing active spotting. You will be working with the staples: barbell back squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. However, your routine is adjusted based on your daily readiness and recovery levels. We operate out of our performance studio in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, using non-AC industrial facilities that prioritize airflow over climate-controlled comfort.
