When you walk into my studio, it is not just about counting steps. We move to everything from trending Bollywood hits to regional Tollywood tracks, keeping the rhythm fresh every day. Whether we are doing BollyAerobics or a high-intensity Zumba set, the focus stays on keeping your heart rate up and your mood even higher.
People often ask if they need to be 'fit' to start. My answer is always the same: you start to get fit by coming here. My batches include men and women of all ages—it is a mix of students, working professionals, and homemakers. We keep the environment well-ventilated with fans, so bring a towel because you will definitely sweat.
