About Build Strength & Core Power
Forget heavy iron plates and serious gym faces. Here, we use battle ropes, stability balls, and light dumbbells to build functional strength in a high-energy group setting. You will find yourself pushing limits you did not know you had, all while laughing and cheering each other on.
Building strength should not feel like a chore. At Rhythmic Feet in 8th Block, Koramangala, we focus on functional fitness—the kind that makes everyday tasks easier and your posture better. Our sessions are designed to move you away from stationary weight machines and into dynamic, body-weight-driven movements.
What we focus on:
- Core Stability: We use large stability balls to force your deep core muscles to engage. It is surprisingly challenging, but it does wonders for back strength and balance.
- Functional Resistance: Using battle ropes and light dumbbells, we work on explosive power and endurance. These sessions are perfect if you want to tone up without spending hours on a treadmill.
- Mind-Body Connection: We integrate Pilates-inspired mat work to ensure your strength is balanced with flexibility.
This isn't about lifting the heaviest weight in the room; it is about showing up, putting in the work, and seeing your own progress. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to break a fitness plateau, our group format means you always have people around you to keep the energy high. You will sweat, you might feel sore, but you will also leave feeling capable and strong. Come in, grab a mat, and join the family.
