About Dance Fitness & Zumba
Our weekend sessions follow a 40-minute choreography routine followed by cardio and stretching. You do not need previous experience because our instructor focuses on simple, repetitive steps that allow you to jump straight into the flow without worrying about technical precision.
Dance fitness acts as a cardiovascular workout disguised as a social gathering. At our 8th Block Koramangala studio, we emphasize consistent movement over complex technique. You will find that our sessions are structured to build endurance gradually. We incorporate styles like BollyAerobics, which blends high-tempo Bollywood tracks with aerobic intensity, and traditional Zumba for sustained cardio. The wooden sprung flooring in our studio is a critical feature, as it absorbs the shock of jumps and movements, reducing the strain on your joints. Most of our classes cater to mixed groups, ensuring a social atmosphere that encourages motivation during tough sequences. Whether you are aiming for weight management or simply looking for an alternative to a standard gym workout, these sessions provide the necessary structure while maintaining a relaxed, non-competitive environment. Remember to bring a water bottle and comfortable shoes, as our 60-minute blocks are designed to keep you moving from the warm-up to the final stretch.
