The studio features professional wooden sprung flooring, which is a game-changer for your knees and joints when you are jumping into high-energy Bollywood or Zumba routines. Because we rotate styles, from Hip Hop to Salsa and even traditional folk, no two weekends feel the same.

If you are worried about not knowing the steps, please leave that at the door. Our focus is entirely on the feel-good factor and the energy of the group.
