This is what our adult dance fitness classes look like. A full house, high energy, and easy to follow choreography on our spacious wooden floors. It’s all about having fun while you get a great workout.

Our kids' batches are full of budding superstars. We create a fun, supportive space for children to explore movement, build confidence, and make new friends through our weekend workshops and summer camps.

Experience our Belly Aerobics class, a unique fusion of belly dance techniques and a high-energy cardio workout. This class focuses on core strength and fluid movements, all set to amazing music.

Check out the sharp moves from our Hip Hop class. We break down everything from foundational steps to complex routines, so even absolute beginners can catch the rhythm and express themselves.

The joy of our Garba and Dandiya nights is infectious. Here’s our community, dressed in vibrant traditional wear, celebrating together with music and dance. We host these special events for festivals throughout the year.

About Featured

Our studio in Koramangala is equipped with professional wooden sprung flooring, which is a massive help for your joints when you are going all out on those high-energy routines. We don't focus on technical perfection here; we focus on getting you to move, laugh, and burn off the stress of the week in a group that feels like family.

Your Weekend Dance Destination

We run our sessions primarily on weekends because we know how crazy weekdays can get in Bengaluru. Whether you want to master Bollywood choreography, find your rhythm in a Hip-Hop class, or just get a killer workout through our Zumba and BollyAerobics sessions, we have a batch for you.

What Happens in a Class?

Each 60-minute session is designed to keep you moving without being overwhelming. We start with a 10-minute cardio warm-up, dive into 40 minutes of choreography, and wrap up with 5 minutes of cool-down stretches. Don't worry if you have never danced before; we break down every step so you can actually follow along.

Kids & Adults

We keep our kids' and adult batches separate so everyone feels comfortable. For our younger students, it is all about building confidence and having fun, while our adult classes focus on fitness, energy, and letting loose. With small batch sizes (8-15 people), you get plenty of individual attention, and we even record group performance videos at the end of the class so you can see your progress.
