I keep my classes fast-paced and loud, mixing Latin rhythms with Bollywood beats so you burn calories without realizing you are working out. Whether you have never danced before or have some natural rhythm, we adjust the choreography so you can jump in, sweat, and leave with a smile—and yes, after-workout selfies are mandatory.
Dance fitness is all about making the hard work feel like a party. At Rhythmic Feet, we strip away the intimidation factor of a typical gym environment. You are not just standing on a treadmill for 60 minutes; you are moving to Reggaeton, Bollywood hits, and classic Zumba tracks in a studio designed for movement.
We train on professional wooden flooring to protect your joints, with wall-to-wall mirrors so you can track your own form while you follow the routine. My classes are designed to be high-impact for cardio but low-pressure on your mental state. If you are a beginner, we start with step-by-step breakdowns of the moves. If you are looking to level up your agility and core strength, we layer in more advanced combinations.
Beyond just the cardio aspect, this is a community in Koramangala. You will see students, working professionals, and even local celebrities sweating it out side-by-side.
