We use a progressive system to help kids build confidence and solid technique from their very first session, making learning both effective and fun.

From grassroots to greatness, we are passionate about developing players at every level. This clip shows a coach working with a young girl on basic hand-eye coordination, the very first step in a long and rewarding tennis journey.

A young player executes a forehand on our blue hard court. Our programs focus on teaching proper technique and form from an early age, setting the stage for future development and competitive success.

Our young players listen attentively during a group session. We foster an environment of focus and discipline, balanced with fun and encouragement, to help them absorb new skills and strategies.

A group of our young, aspiring players, focused and ready for their next drill. We aim to build not just tennis skills, but also character, teamwork, and the mental fortitude of a champion.

This young player is honing his skills with an orange ball. This stage is crucial for developing control, learning to judge the bounce, and executing groundstrokes with proper form before moving to the full-size yellow ball.

With eyes on the ball, this young champion is learning the fundamentals of a solid forehand. Our orange ball program helps bridge the gap to full-court tennis, making the transition smoother and more effective.

A young player in our red ball program makes contact with the ball. Using softer, slower balls on smaller courts allows our youngest athletes to learn proper swing mechanics and enjoy rallying from their very first lesson.

About this collection

Our junior program isn't about rushing to the full-court yellow ball game. We start with an ITF-standard progressive system—using Red, Orange, and Green dot balls—to ensure your child learns proper swing mechanics and footwork without the frustration of using equipment that is too heavy for them. This keeps the game enjoyable while building the exact technical foundation they will need for competitive play later.

Our pathway is built on the reality that a child's game evolves. We do not force a full-court game on day one. By using smaller courts and lighter, lower-compression balls, we make sure they can rally, compete, and actually enjoy hitting the ball right from the start.

We break it down for you:

  • Red Ball (Foundation): Focuses on hand-eye coordination and basic swing mechanics in a mini-tennis format. It is all about getting comfortable with the racquet.
  • Orange & Green (Transition): We shift to three-quarter and full-court play, introducing the 'dance, split, recover' footwork patterns that stick for a lifetime. This is where tactical awareness begins to develop.
  • Yellow Ball (Competitive): Once the fundamentals are locked in, we move to high-performance drills, tactical shot selection, and consistent competitive practice.

Beyond the technique, we emphasize character. Whether you train at the Padukone-Dravid Centre or our Yelahanka facility, your child is learning in a space where sports science meets genuine passion. We prioritize fitness, agility, and mental resilience, ensuring that when they step onto the court, they are not just hitting balls—they are thinking, moving, and growing as athletes.
