Expert-led tennis training in South Bangalore focusing on fundamental stroke mechanics, agility, and long-term skill development.

For our players under 8, we use specialized equipment like this tennis pro stand to ensure they practice hitting the ball at the right height and contact point, correcting their form with every swing.

In our group sessions for kids, we run structured drills where each player gets individual attention. Here, a coach is basket-feeding balls to help players practice their forehand consistency and recovery.

During rally practice, we provide constant feedback in both English and Kannada, reminding players to keep their "left hand ಮುಂದೆ ಇಡು" (left hand forward) to maintain balance and execute a proper swing.

We teach our junior players the importance of a deep backswing to generate power. This drill focuses on getting behind the service line to practice hitting deep, consistent groundstrokes.

This group drill focuses on mastering the backhand. We guide players through the correct footwork and swing path to develop a reliable and powerful two-handed or one-handed backhand.

"Swing high" is a common instruction you'll hear on our courts. This drill helps young players focus on finishing their swing over their shoulder for a complete follow-through and better ball control.

Repetition is key to building solid technique. Here, a young player in our junior program works on her forehand, focusing on movement and consistent contact with the ball.

We teach our players to "ಕಂಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಮಾಡು" (control) the ball. This drill focuses on developing racket feel and control, teaching juniors not to just hit hard but to play with purpose and precision.

Rallying is where technique meets strategy. In this clip, we're encouraging our junior players to sustain a rally, focusing on consistency and watching the ball closely ("ಬಾಲ್ ನೋಡಿ").

Even the youngest players learn the fundamentals of a good swing. This drill helps a young boy practice his throwing motion, which mimics the service and forehand swing, building coordination from the ground up.

About Junior Programs (Ages 5-16)

We don't just put kids on a court and hope for the best. Our 3-sessions-per-week junior program follows a strict progression, using age-appropriate equipment like low-compression balls to ensure your child learns the correct mechanics without frustration.
