About this collection

Our high-performance program isn't just about spending more time on the court; it's about structured density. You will have a defined regimen involving double daily sessions—morning and evening—totaling 4 to 5 hours, managed by a High-Performance Director. This includes Vayu wearable tech analysis for biomechanics and mandatory recovery protocols like ice baths. It is a full-time commitment meant for AITA and ITF-level competitors who need a complete ecosystem, not just a coach.

Training for the Competitive Circuit

Transitioning from intermediate play to the competitive circuit requires more than just hours on court. It demands a scientific approach to athlete development.

The Pro-Level Ecosystem

  • High-Intensity Drills: We focus on live-ball situational play and multi-ball feeding to simulate match pressure, ensuring your decision-making remains sharp under fatigue.
  • Biomechanics & Vayu Tech: We use Vayu technology to analyze gait and biomechanics. This allows us to identify inefficiencies in your movement before they become habits or, worse, injuries.
  • Periodized Conditioning: Our Strength & Conditioning (S&C) coaches oversee Olympic lifting and explosive power routines, periodized to your tournament calendar, not just generic gym sessions.

Mental & Physical Recovery

We treat recovery as part of training. With on-site physiotherapy, injury management, and mandatory ice bath sessions, we ensure your body is ready to perform at 100 percent intensity, six days a week.

Facilities for Pros
