About One-on-One Personal Training
You will not find cookie-cutter routines here. We focus on form, nutrition, and recovery, looking at your sleep and stress alongside your lifts. My client Aarti, who is 61, came to me with knee pain, and by fixing her mechanics, we got her to a 70kg deadlift. That is the kind of progress we aim for.
My 1-on-1 coaching is built on consistency and data. We do not guess. Whether you choose our standard personal training or the 90-day transformation package, your plan is written from scratch. We monitor your sleep, your stress levels, and your diet framework to ensure the work you do inside the gym actually sticks outside of it. You get immediate feedback on your movements, with video recording for analysis, so you stop wasting time on bad form. If you are dealing with an injury or just want to move past a plateau, we use mobility drills and progressive overload to safely build your strength. We are located in Model Town, and my goal is to make sure you have the structure to succeed even on the days you feel like skipping. Just show up, and I will handle the planning.
