This is what a typical 60-minute class looks like at Raw CrossFit. The gym is buzzing with energy as members work on different exercises, from boxing on the heavy bags to barbell deadlifts. I am always on the floor, coaching form and keeping the motivation high for everyone.
We like to keep things fun and challenging. Here, our members take on the stand-up mobility challenge, testing their core strength, balance, and flexibility. It's moments like these that build our community and prove that fitness can be fun.

- Form First: We believe in technical mastery. We record your lifts and movements to give you immediate visual feedback, ensuring you avoid injuries and maximize your effort.
Beyond the Workout
Fitness isn't just the 60 minutes you spend on the floor. We help you manage the other 23 hours of the day. Our coaching includes nutrition frameworks, recovery strategies, and stress audits to ensure you feel as good as you look. We have seen members aged 61 go from managing knee pain to deadlifting 70kg, and we know that with the right guidance, you can beat your own record too.
