Active recovery is about more than just rest. We combine hands-on physiotherapy with targeted strength and conditioning to fix movement patterns, build resilience, and get you back to your sport.

Our return-to-sport program is a journey from the physio table back to the field, progressing from hands-on treatment to active strength building and finally to dynamic, sport-specific movements.

We guide athletes like Souvik, who completed his ACL rehab with us, through off-season training that includes barbell squats and landmine rotations to continue building strength and resilience.

Basketball player Lopamudra Thimmaiah works on her acceleration mechanics and core stability, crucial parts of her strength and conditioning program to support her return to the court after an ACL injury.

Our coaches guide athletes through exercises like the Copenhagen side plank, a key movement for strengthening the adductors and improving hip stability to prevent groin injuries.

An athlete performs a landmine press, a functional exercise that builds shoulder stability and core strength, under the watchful eye of a coach to ensure proper form.

A female coach supervises an athlete performing a reverse hyperextension with band resistance, an excellent exercise for strengthening the glutes and lower back.

A physiotherapist provides guidance and support to a client working through a challenging back extension exercise, demonstrating our commitment to being there every step of the way.

Your glutes are a powerhouse of three muscles. We teach you how to train all of them, not just the gluteus maximus, for complete strength, stability, and power.

To target the gluteus maximus, the largest of the gluteal muscles, we incorporate foundational strength exercises like the barbell Romanian Deadlift (RDL) to build posterior chain power.

We use exercises like banded lateral walks and side-lying hip abductions to specifically target the gluteus medius and minimus, which are crucial for hip stability and injury prevention.

About Active Rehabilitation & Strength Building

Rehab should not be a cycle of pain, rest, and repeating the same injury. At RSF, we move beyond passive treatment to help you build tissue tolerance. Whether you are recovering from an ACL surgery or dealing with chronic joint pain, we guide you through movement correction, eccentric loading, and progressive strength training to ensure you are physically prepared for the demands of your sport, rather than just waiting for pain to subside.
