- Topics: Advanced S&C concepts (VBT, RPE), Sports Science technology (GPS, Force Plates), and soft skills.
- Materials: Digital access to presentation slides or summary cheat sheets (PDF).
- Demos: Live practical demonstrations on the gym floor using sleds, plyo boxes, and sensors.

2-Day Strength and Conditioning Bootcamp

- Day 1 (Jayamahal): Field-based Conditioning, Energy System Development, and Speed Mechanics.
- Day 2 (Koramangala): Gym-based Strength, Plyometrics, Rehab protocols, and Lifting technique.

- Modules: Systematic Periodization, bridging Rehab to Performance, and Sports Tech application.
- Resources: Workbook containing RSF frameworks, programming templates, and assessment checklists.
- Tools: Access to proprietary coaching cues and warm-up protocols.

- Fast Skill-Up: Workshops, camps, and masterclasses that focus on applied skills for strength coaches and therapists. Expect intensive days packed with theory, case studies, and sweaty group workouts. We cover stuff like programming, rehab, and recovery science. If you want quick, practical insight, this is it.
- Career Pathways: Our 3-month internships and apprenticeships are more serious - think real mentorship and deep dives with actual athletes. You’ll learn evidence-based rehab training, client management, and the business side of things. Slots are tight because we want to keep the mentorship close and personal.

We’re Rapid Sport Fitness and Physiotherapy. Started out with sweaty outdoor sessions, now we’ve got two centers but the vibe’s still the same.
