About Behind the Scenes & Testimonials
Every shot here is the result of a coordinated team. Stylists, MUAs, and lighting assistants work in sync to capture the right mood. I believe the best portraits happen when you are comfortable, not just posing for the sake of it. Whether we are in the studio or outdoors, my job is to manage the setup so you can focus on the lens.
Photography is never a solo act for me. As an engineer, I view a photoshoot as a system where every component—the lighting, the makeup, the styling, and the energy—has to be in the right place to get the final result right, or as I often say, ashtu chennagi bandide. When you see these behind-the-scenes clips, you are seeing the prep work that goes into making the final images look effortless.
I often collaborate with fashion schools and talented artists for concept series like my 'Navataar' project. These shoots require a high level of coordination. My studio sessions are built on a 2-point lighting setup, but when we move outdoors for hybrid shoots, I adapt my approach to use natural light, ensuring the transition between your studio portraits and outdoor shots is seamless.
Clients often tell me that choosing their final set of images is difficult because every frame stands out. That is exactly what I aim for. I do not just point and shoot. I work with you to understand your comfort level, providing posing guidance that works for film auditions or personal brand building. If you are preparing for a portfolio shoot, know that I handle the retouching myself, focusing on skin texture and color grading to ensure the final product is polished but still feels like you.
