About this collection
When you see a polished ad campaign or fashion editorial, it is easy to forget there was a crew of ten people behind the camera making it happen. I do not just show up with a camera; I coordinate the stylists, makeup artists, and assistants because a great result is always a team effort. My studio setup allows me to control the lighting exactly, but when we take the shoot on location, I bring that same level of precision to ensure the vision translates from the mood board to the screen.
The work you see in my portfolio is rarely a solo act. Transitioning from my previous life at Google to full-time cinematography taught me that the best visuals come from a collaborative set. Whether we are utilizing my private Delhi studio or scouting a location across NCR, my focus is on building an environment where the cast and crew feel comfortable enough to experiment.
I rely on tethered shooting for larger commercial campaigns so that the client, director, and I can review the lighting and posing in real-time. This prevents the 'we will fix it in post' mindset and ensures we capture the right shot on the day. From green screen setups for ad films to natural light editorial shoots, the technical side is non-negotiable, but the people are the real engine. I work with a consistent team of professionals—makeup artists, art directors, and light assistants—who respect the process as much as I do.
